Job summary

Jungheinrich India seeks a proactive Service Engineer to handle service calls at customer sites and drive timely resolutions for MHE downtime. You will coordinate with the Service team, prioritize visits, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will generate revenue by recommending spare parts after service visits, prepare accurate service reports, and maintain up-to-date technical skills in hydraulics and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics
• Specialized knowledge: Hydraulics and Electrical circuits
• Skills: Technical Skills, Good Communication Skills
• Abilities: 90% uptime of MHEs

Responsibilities

• Attend all service calls as per schedule generated by Service Coordinator/Dispatcher
• Submit critical & recommended spare parts list after service visit
• Submit service reports and related reports to SAP
• Improve technical skills to handle breakdown calls and reduce downtime of MHEs
• Decide and solve problems with team effort
• Suggest improvements for installations & commissioning
• Follow up on payments with customers
• Implement safety measures during service
• Fulfill all required service documents

Duties And Responsibilities

• Attend all service calls as per schedule given by Service Coordinator/Dispatcher
• Submitting critical & recommended Spare Parts list to Customer after service visit
• Timely submissions of Service reports and related reports to close calls raised in SAP
• Improve technical skills to handle breakdown calls effectively to reduce downtime of MHEs
• Decision making and problem solving attitude with joint team efforts
• Always suggest ways in improving handling of Installations & Commissioning
• Follow up on Payments with Customers
• Implementing measures for enhancing Safety levels during service
• Responsible for fulfilling all necessary documents related to Service activities

Qualifications

• Education : ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics
• Specialized knowledge : Special course in Mechanical, Hydraulics and Electrical circuits
• Skills : Technical Skills, Good Communication Skills
• Abilities : To fulfill Customer’s requirement ensuring 90% uptime of MHEs

• Professional Certification : Course on basic Hydraulics & Electrical
• Experience : 4 to 6 years
