Qualifications

• Personal characteristics such as humbleness and uprightness.
• Certification in computer courses.

Responsibilities

• Raise service call logs and manage them in SAP.
• Follow up on service payments and maintain asset records.
• Update active population data and skill set records.
• Coordinate with HQ to fulfill customer commitments as per contract.
• Prepare and send AMC offers and manage service contracts in SAP.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Raising Service Call logs on daily basis and closing the same after completion in SAP
• Follow up of Service payments
• Maintaining records of Assets/Tools issued to Service Engineers
• Raising IBL based on services provided as per Service Report
• Data update of Active Population data of Trucks (IB), Skill Set record, Attendance records of Service Engineers, Checking of Travel Expense & Contact data related Key Account Customers
• Coordinate with HQ department to ensure Customer commitment as per contract like: Warranty Parts, Parts Delivery, Invoice Submission, Tools & Project delivery etc
• Preparing & sending AMC offers, maintaining records with updated data to fulfill audit requirements, identifying Trucks for AMC after completion of Warranty period in assistance with Regional / Area Manager Service Engineer and also from population list
• Service Contracts update in SAP, new contracts addition with all relevant data
• AR collection data for AS

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree. B Sc. / M. Sc. / B. Com / M. Com
• Specialized knowledge: Knowledge and working of SAP & CRM
• Abilities: To handle Service Engineers, fulfilling their admin related works
• Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Humbleness & Uprightness
• Professional Certification: Computer course certified
• Experience in Customer Service and Admin related works. Industrial Product or Automotive
