Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics and possesses strong technical and communication skills. Responsibilities include attending service calls, submitting reports through SAP, and ensuring maximum uptime of Material Handling Equipment (MHEs). Qualifications

• Ability to fulfill Customer’s requirement ensuring 90% uptime of MHEs.

• Attend all service calls as per schedule given by Service Coordinator.
• Improve technical skills to handle breakdown calls effectively.
• Responsible for fulfilling all necessary documentation related to service activities.

Job description

• Handle all Service calls efficiently to gain Customer Satisfaction
• Generate revenue through recommending Spare parts after service visit
• To attend and prioritize service calls to minimize resolution time
• Ensure sharing Best Practices within team to build more technical strength

Duties and responsibilities

• Attend all service calls as per schedule given by Service Coordinator/Dispatcher
• Submitting critical & recommended Spare Parts list to Customer after service visit
• Timely submissions of Service reports and related reports to close calls raised in SAP
• Improve technical skills to handle breakdown calls effectively to reduce downtime of MHEs
• Decision making and problem solving attitude with joint team efforts
• Always suggest ways in improving handling of Installations & Commissioning
• Follow up on Payments with Customers
• Implementing measures for enhancing Safety levels during service
• Responsible for fulfilling all necessary documents related to Service activities

Qualifications

• Education : ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics
