You will manage advanced configuration, user access, permissions, automation, reporting, data quality, sandbox coordination, release readiness, and production support while ensuring changes are well documented, tested, and aligned with platform governance. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on Salesforce administration experience, strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of Salesforce security and automation, and the ability to support a fast-paced, distributed team across the U.S. and India.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve production issues, including access problems, data discrepancies, automation failures, reporting gaps, integration-related errors, and user-impacting defects.
  • Support Salesforce releases by preparing configuration changes, coordinating sandbox testing, validating deployment readiness, documenting change impacts, supporting UAT, and completing post-release production validation.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including configuration notes, solution designs, access models, automation logic, data impacts, release notes, troubleshooting guides, and admin handoff materials.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, QA analysts, business analysts, product owners, and integration teams to confirm requirements, review solution options, evaluate dependencies, and ensure Salesforce changes are scalable and supportable.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards that support operational visibility, leadership reporting, exception monitoring, data cleanup, and business decision-making.
  • Monitor Salesforce data quality and support cleanup activities, duplicate management, import/export activities, data validation, and migration support as needed.
  • Use Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, and related collaboration tools to manage work items, document decisions, communicate status, track blockers, and maintain visibility across open admin tasks and platform changes.
  • Mentor junior administrators or support resources by promoting Salesforce best practices, consistent documentation standards, strong testing discipline, and thoughtful configuration design.
