Job summary

Randomtrees is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer in Chennai with 7+ years of hands-on experience to lead key initiatives. You will own features, drive technical decisions, and mentor a growing team while collaborating across product and operations.

The role requires deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and security, plus strong API integration skills. You will champion release cycles, performance optimization, and platform modernization in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field or equivalent experience.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field


• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including demonstrated leadership or

lead ownership

• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative automation

tools

• Advanced proficiency in SOQL, including query optimization, complex queries, and performance

tuning

• Proven experience managing Salesforce release cycles and driving feature adoption


• Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, and

sharing models

• Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and event-driven architectures


• Strong knowledge of platform performance optimization, scalability, and governor limits


• Experience driving technical debt reduction and platform modernization initiatives


• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage multiple priorities in an Agile environment
