We're seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer / Manager to drive sales growth in the Institutional and Real Estate segment, focusing on Sewage/Water Treatment Plants and Swimming Pools.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Generate sales leads and convert opportunities
• - Build relationships with Industrial, Institutional clients and real estate developers.
• - Prepare techno-commercial proposals and make presentations.
• - Meet sales targets and submit weekly reports.
• - Travel extensively within the assigned region (Ahmedabad & surroundings).

Requirements:

• - B2B sales experience in the water treatment industry
• - Strong technical understanding, negotiation, and communication skills
