Job Summary

We are presently looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Engineer to support our business growth in the private sector across small scale individual water infrastructure and engineering projects for individual households, group housing projects, commercial projects, industrial set-ups, agriculture, farm houses and likewise, in and around Jaipur city.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Groundwater Exploration, Ground Water Extraction, Rain Water Harvesting, Pumping Solutions, Tubewell related Electrical Works and services for individual households, group housing projects, commercial projects, industrial set-ups, agriculture, farm houses and likewise, in and around Jaipur city.
• Generate leads through market research, marketing, client meetings, networking, and industry contacts.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable engineering solutions in consultation with the internal team.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, commercial offers, and sales presentations and conduct client visits and attend meetings.
• Follow up on submitted proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and support order conversion.
• Maintain a database of leads, client interactions, quotations, and sales pipelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming infrastructure projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in related technical field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in water infrastructure projects, borewell/drilling, construction, or government projects will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of technical proposals, quotations, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
• Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and basic reporting.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project-related business development.
