Job summary

Haarvard Management Consultants is seeking a skilled Process Engineer in Gurugram to drive process optimization and industrial engineering efforts. The role focuses on wiring harness experience, line balancing, and continuous improvement across plant layouts and material flows.

Ideal candidates have BE with 3+ years in process engineering, and strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA, APQP & PPAP, along with expertise in plant layout and value stream mapping (VSM).

Qualifications

• BE graduate with 3+ years of experience in Process Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, PFMEA, APQP & PPAP.
• Proficient in Plant Layout, VSM and Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize process flow in manufacturing.
• Design and improve wiring harness processes for efficiency.
• Perform line balancing, time studies, and work sampling to drive efficiency.
• Develop plant layout and material flow optimization.
• Lead continuous improvement and low-cost automation initiatives.
