Job summary

Creative Indians in Noida seeks a Process Engineer/Sr. Engineer/AM with 5+ years of automotive experience to lead APQP/PPAP documentation and process improvements on the shop floor.

The role requires a degree in engineering, hands-on fixture and gauge design for automation, and collaboration with Manufacturing and Tool Room to implement new equipment and successful trials.

Qualifications

• Preparation of APQP/PPAP documents as per ISO/TS-16949:2002 (e.g., Process Flow Diagram, FMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions).
• Designing fixtures & gauges for automation, productivity & quality improvements.
• Carrying out process improvements on the line in coordination with Manufacturing & Tool Room.

Responsibilities

• Prepare APQP/PPAP documentation and related quality system artifacts.
• Design fixtures and gauges to support automation and quality improvement.
• Lead line-side process improvements in collaboration with Manufacturing & Tool Room.
• Develop new components, design processes, and support successful trials and commissioning of new equipment/machines.

Job Profile
