Job summary

Lepton Software Export & Research is seeking a bids and proposals specialist in India. You will develop solution architectures, BOMs/BOQs, license sizing, and effort estimates in collaboration with product and delivery teams.

You will write technical proposals, executive summaries, and solution write-ups, and deliver product demonstrations, PoCs, and client presentations. You will analyze RFPs and manage end-to-end bid submissions with stakeholders globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop solution architectures, BOMs/BOQs, license sizing, and effort estimates in collaboration with product and delivery teams.
• Write high-quality technical proposals, executive summaries, and solution write-ups.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, PoCs, and technical presentations to client stakeholders.
• Analyse RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, and tender documents and extract requirements with traceability.
• Build compliance matrices, requirement registers, gap analyses, and bid/no-bid assessments.
• Draft pre-bid clarification queries, track corrigenda, and manage bid timelines.
• Coordinate end-to-end bid submissions: technical proposals, eligibility/PQ documentation, and financial bid formats.
• Track competitor offerings and positioning in GIS, network inventory, and location intelligence markets.
• Support go-to-market initiatives: sector strategy inputs, webinars, and sales enablement collateral.
• Work with sales, product, engineering, and partner ecosystems to shape winning bids.
• Represent the company in pre-bid meetings, client workshops, and technical evaluations.

Key Responsibilities Solution Proposal Development

• Develop solution architectures, BOMs/BOQs, license sizing, and effort estimates, against given customer requirements, in collaboration with product and delivery teams.


• Write high-quality technical proposals, executive summaries, and solution write-ups.


• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, PoCs, and technical presentations to client stakeholders

Bid Tender Management

• Analyse RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, and tender documents (GeM, government e-procurement portals, international RFPs) and extract requirements with precise section-level traceability


• Build compliance matrices, requirement registers, gap analyses, and bid/no-bid assessments


• Draft pre-bid clarification queries, track corrigenda, and manage bid timelines


• Coordinate end-to-end bid submissions: technical proposals, eligibility/PQ documentation, and financial bid formats

Market Competitive Intelligence

• Track competitor offerings and positioning in the GIS, network inventory, and location intelligence markets


• Support go-to-market initiatives: sector strategy inputs, webinars, and sales enablement collateral

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and partner ecosystems to shape winning bids, including consortium and partner-led opportunities
