Job summary

HRD House in Bengaluru near the plant location seeks a senior production professional to lead end-to-end production operations at our nutraceutical manufacturing facility.

You will oversee production planning, manpower deployment, line efficiency, GMP compliance, and documentation, collaborating with QA/QC, R&D, Engineering, SCM, and EHS.

Candidates with B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology and 8–12 years of leadership in GMP environments are preferred.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• 1. Candidate will be based at plant location of reputed Nutraceutical manufacturing Company near Bangalore and will be responsible for end-to-end production operations for the Nutraceutical manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant and timely execution of production plans.
• 2. Candidate will be responsible for production planning and execution, manpower deployment, productivity, yield, line efficiency, GMP compliance, documentation, equipment utilisation and shop-floor discipline, while working closely with Quality, R&D, Engineering, SCM and EHS.
• 3. Candidate will be responsible for Ensure disciplined execution of approved SOPs, BMRs/BPRs and work instructions.
• 4. Candidate will be responsible for Ensure compliance with applicable FSSAI and customer-specific requirements.
• 5. Candidate will be responsible for Ensure accurate and timely completion of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and related documentation.
• 6. Candidate will be responsible for Work closely with R&D/Process Development for product scale-up and technology transfer.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1. B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science and Exp 8 -12 years in production/manufacturing end-to-end production operations for the Nutraceutical formulation manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant and timely execution of production plans.
• 2. Candidate should have good knowledge of production leadership role in a GMP-compliant facility is preferred.
• 3. Candidate should have good knowledge of Coordinate with SCM/Stores to ensure timely availability of RM, PM and other production inputs.
• 4. Candidate should have good knowledge of Coordinate with QA/QC for timely line clearance, in-process checks and batch release.
• 5. Candidate should have good knowledge of Use production data and MIS to identify trends and improve performance.
