Job summary

Lactonova Nutraceutical Pvt. Ltd. in Hyderabad invites applications for a Production Executive to oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities in a GMP-compliant environment.

You will ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards and quality requirements while optimizing manpower, materials, and production schedules, and maintaining complete documentation. Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably nutraceuticals, is valued.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/production.
• Experience in nutraceutical manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production activities per approved plan and schedule.
• Supervise manufacturing operations to meet targets and quality standards.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Production Executive to manage and monitor day-to-day manufacturing activities in compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.

The ideal candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Nutraceutical manufacturing experience will be an added advantage. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, optimum utilization of manpower and materials, adherence to production schedules, and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily production activities as per the approved production plan and schedule.
• Supervise and coordinate manufacturing operations to achieve production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Operate and monitor production equipment and ensure proper handling of machinery.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, Engineering, and other departments for smooth production activities.
• Ensure proper line clearance, equipment cleanliness, and area cleanliness before and after production activities.
• Maintain and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), logbooks, checklists, and other production documents.
• Monitor manpower deployment and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Identify production-related issues, deviations, breakdowns, and process abnormalities and elevate them to the concerned department/manager.
• Support investigation of deviations, CAPA, change controls, and other quality-related activities as required.
• Ensure proper dispensing, material handling, processing, packing, and transfer of finished/semi-finished products as per approved procedures.
• Monitor production yields, output, wastage, and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards in the production area.
• Train and guide operators/workers on SOPs, GMP practices, safety, and production procedures.
• Participate in process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure timely completion of production documentation and reconciliation of materials.
• Assist in audits and inspections by internal, customer, and regulatory teams.
• Perform any other production-related responsibilities assigned by the Production Manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm or relevant qualification.
• Experience: 2–6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing/production.
• Experience in nutraceutical manufacturing will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of GMP, SOPs, production documentation, and manufacturing processes.
• Hands‑on experience with production equipment and manufacturing operations.
• Good understanding of BMR/BPR, line clearance, yield reconciliation, and batch documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and team‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and meet production timelines.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
