Job summary

Calpro Specialities in Fatehpur, Haryana is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee end-to-end food manufacturing operations. You will plan and execute daily/monthly production, ensure adherence to formulations, batch sheets and SOPs, and monitor yield, wastage and material consumption.

Candidates should have 6–8 years in Food/Food Ingredients/FMCG manufacturing, hands-on batch manufacturing experience, strong knowledge of GMP/HACCP and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science or related field.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in Food/Food Ingredients/FMCG manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in batch manufacturing, food ingredients, premixes, emulsifiers, bakery ingredients or similar products.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality systems, GMP/HACCP and manpower management.
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work at Fatehpur, Haryana.

Responsibilities

• Manage production manpower, shifts and shop-floor discipline.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI and food-safety standards.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, R&D, Stores, Procurement and Maintenance.
• Identify and resolve production/process issues and minimize downtime.
• Maintain production records, batch documentation and daily MIS.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and raw materials.
• Drive productivity, cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
