Job summary

HRD House in Boisar, Maharashtra, is seeking an experienced Plant Head Nutraceutical to lead manufacturing operations at the plant. You will be responsible for production, quality, regulatory compliance, people management, budgeting, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years as a Plant Head in nutraceuticals, strong knowledge of GMP, FSSAI, FDA, and WHO-GMP, and proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Plant Head in nutraceuticals.
• Strong track record in plant operations, production, quality and people management.
• Good knowledge of GMP, FSSAI, FDA, WHO-GMP and international regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams, processes, production targets, quality and plant resources independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall plant operations, production planning, and achieving production targets.
• Ensure GMP, FSSAI, FDA, WHO-GMP, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchase, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
• Handle manpower planning, team development, and safety.
• Manage plant budgets, cost control, and resource utilization.
• Drive process improvement, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Report plant performance and key activities to Management.
