Job summary

HRD House in Bengaluru is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to work on pharma plant projects at the plant location near Bangalore, planning, coordinating, and executing mechanical engineering and plant infrastructure expansion initiatives.

You will lead installation, erection, alignment, commissioning, and qualification support of new machines, while preparing schedules and documentation, addressing technical issues, and maintaining as-built drawings and vendor documents.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering with pharma industry exposure.
• Experience in planning and coordinating engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical plant practices.
• Experience with installation, commissioning, and project execution.
• Good coordination, troubleshooting, and vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute new projects and expansion projects related to mechanical engineering and plant infrastructure.
• Lead the installation, erection, alignment, commissioning, and qualification support of new machines and mechanical equipment.

1. 1. Candidate will be based at plant location of reputed Nutritacetical formulation manufacturing Company near Bangalore and will be responsible for Plan, coordinate, and execute new projects and expansion projects related to mechanical engineering and plant infrastructure.

1. 1 B.E./B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and experience in 510 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing handling engineering projects both Green field and ongoing expansion.
2. 2. Candidate should have good knowledge of machine installation, erection, commissioning, and project execution.
3. 3. Candidate should have good knowledge of mechanical equipment, plant utilities, piping, fabrication, equipment layout, and engineering drawings.
4. 4. Candidate should have good knowledge of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical plant engineering practices.
5. 5. Candidate should have good knowledge of project coordination, troubleshooting, communication, and vendor-management skills.
