Job summary

Meyer Organics Bangalore is seeking a QC/QA manufacturing professional to oversee cGMP adherence on the shop floor. You will supervise batch preparation, ensure materials meet BMR labels, and maintain cleanliness and discipline in the area of work.

Key responsibilities include preventing batch mixups and cross-contamination, recording daily entries as per ISO standards, and taking action to safeguard product and personnel. 1–4 years pharma experience preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm degree required.
• 1–4 years pharma manufacturing experience ideal.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and ISO processes.

Role & responsibilities

1. Adherence and compliance of cGMP at all stages of manufacturing.
2. Maintenance of cleanliness & Discipline in Area of work.
3. Ensuring that materials Bears status labelthe quantities (as per BMR) should tally

to be checked before addition.

1. Carrying & recording of mfg as per BMR & log sheets, log books.
2. Effective supervision & implementation of system to ensure avoidance of Batch mix ups & cross-contamination.
3. To take appropriate action to ensure the safety of product & personnel.
4. To carry out the duties assigned by the superiors time to time.
5. Overall Responsible for the Batch manufacturing activity.
6. Any other jobs & Responsibility as & when entrusted By HOD.

10. Achieving Yields as per BMR limits

1. To follow the procedures of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000:2018 and recording daily entries.
