You will lead employee relations, analytics, policy compliance, and change management, translating data into actionable people solutions. This role requires a proven track record in HRBP roles and strong collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
• 10+ years of HRBP or related HR experience.
• Strong HR functions knowledge: performance, talent, employee relations, change management.
• Proficient in HRIS and data analysis; able to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work with all levels and build collaborative relationships.
