Job summary

Accenture Solutions in Hyderabad seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and employees, shaping people strategies that support growth, performance, and talent development.

You will partner with leadership to drive workforce plans, manage employee relations, enhance engagement, and lead succession planning, performance reviews, and change initiatives across GCC/global teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of HR experience with HRBP exposure.
• Experience supporting GCC/Shared Services/multinational environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into people strategies and workforce plans.
• Act as trusted advisor on employee relations, performance, talent development, succession, and effectiveness.
• Lead performance management, calibration, and development planning processes.
• Drive talent reviews and succession planning to build leadership pipelines.
• Identify hi-potential employees and create targeted development and retention plans.
• Support employee engagement initiatives through surveys and action planning.
• Coach managers on employee concerns, disciplinary matters, and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with COEs and Shared Services to ensure HR service delivery.
• Utilize HR analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in attrition, engagement, and productivity.
• Drive DEI and employee wellbeing initiatives across the organization.
• Lead HR transformation and organizational change projects.

Job description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders and employees, driving people strategies that support business objectives, workforce effectiveness, and organizational growth. The role partners closely with leadership teams to enhance employee experience, talent management, performance, engagement, and organizational capability while ensuring alignment with company values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into people strategies and workforce plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration discussions, and development planning.
• Drive talent review discussions and succession planning initiatives to build leadership pipelines and strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Identify high-potential employees and partner with managers to create targeted development and retention plans.
• Support employee engagement initiatives through surveys, action planning, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
• Coach managers on employee concerns, conflict resolution, disciplinary matters, performance improvement plans, and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Shared Services teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
• Utilize HR analytics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to attrition, engagement, productivity, and workforce planning.
• Drive diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing initiatives across the organization.
• Lead and participate in HR transformation, organizational change, and business growth projects.
• Ensure effective execution of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, and offboarding.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with significant exposure to HR Business Partnering.
• Experience supporting GCC, Shared Services, multinational, or global business environments preferred.
