Job summary

Intellect Design Arena Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (7–12 years) to partner with business leaders in Chennai. You will drive people strategies across performance, talent, and employee lifecycle, with exposure to AI-enabled HR technologies and people analytics.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of HRBP or Generalist experience in technology/product/BFSI/consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Organization Development, HR Operations and HR Compliance.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox).
• Exposure to AI-powered HR solutions, People Analytics, HR Automation, and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving and influencing skills.

Required Skills
