Job summary

Eaton is seeking a senior field sales professional to implement the go-to-market strategy for Coimbatore and Kerala regions. You will drive key customer negotiations, establish channel partnerships, and ensure successful project sales in collaboration with the Business Development Team.

The role requires extensive experience in switchgear and electrical industry, with strong negotiation and market intelligence skills to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree desirable.
• 15–18 years field sales experience.
• Knowledge of switchgear and the electrical industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for the business in Coimbatore and Kerala regions.
• Build and manage key customer relationships and drive channel engagement.
• Identify and appoint channel partners/integrators for identified products.
• Map and target new customers, projects and expansions in the territory.
• Lead negotiations and close sales in coordination with the Business Development Team.
• Obtain approvals from OEM, PB and end users.
• Provide technical support to partners and customers on products and applications.
• Maintain updated competitive intelligence on pricing, products and channel developments.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; negotiate project sales with BD team.

What you’ll do:

The primary function is to implement the go to market strategy for the business, drive key customer relationships, key customer negotiations and channel engagement activities to achieve sales, profit and market share goals.

• Achieve sales target for Coimbatore and kerala region for Low Voltage Products and solutions
• Responsible for empanelment of our full PD solutions
• Identify and appoint Channel Partners / Integrators for the identified products.
• Map & target new customers /projects/expansions in the assigned territory.
• Effectively pursue, make proposals and close sales in close coordination with Business Development Team.
• Get Approvals from OEM, PB, End Users.
• Provide technical support to partners / customers on products and applications.
• Maintain updated intelligence on competitors, pricing , products and channel developments.
• Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with business development team and successfully negotiate project sales.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with Master’s degree is highly desirable
• Minimum of 15 – 18 years field sales experience

Skills:

• Requires product application knowledge for switchgear (ACB’s, MCCB’s Control Products, LV Drives & Soft Starters, MCB’s,Distribution Boards ), switchboards, circuit breaker components, and/or motor control centers as well as working knowledge of the electrical industry
