Job summary

Wika Instruments India is seeking an experienced Inside Sales professional to manage sales orders, order entry, purchase orders, and quotation processing across customer accounts and regions. You will coordinate with CoE to clarify orders and provide technical sales support for the full product portfolio.

You will accompany the ASM/team leader on customer visits (virtual or on-site), prepare contracts and pricing, and ensure ISO standards requirements are understood and fulfilled during

Qualifications

• BE from Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechanical field.
• Minimum 4-7 years of experience as inside sales and proposal handling.
• Knowledge of Instrumentation products like pressure, temperature, transmitters, Level etc.
• Understand the various ISO standards requirements and fulfil the same.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing incoming queries related to sales orders and administration.
• Enter orders as per customer requirements and assigned accounts/region.
• Process purchase orders and manage data for orders.
• Clarify unspecified or unclear purchase orders with CoE.
• Own quotation management from request to customer order.
• Provide Sales Support on the full product portfolio with technical advice.
• Joint customer visits with the ASM/team leader virtually or on site as needed.
• Prepare contracts (price agreements, buffer stock) and coordinate implementation with ASM/team leader.

Job description

• Responsible for an efficient and effective processing of incoming queries related to sales orders, sales order entry and administration. Responsible for entering the order as per the customer agreed requirements and as per assigned customer accounts/region Responsible for the processing of purchase orders as well as data management for purchase and sales orders Arrange clarification of unspecified or unclear purchase orders All types of order entries should be correct technically and commercially aspects. Clarifying the quires with CoE related to the orders Owns quotation management from receiving request until customers order Provide Sales Support on the entire product portfolio (incl. technical advice).

• Joint customer visits with the ASM/team leader virtually or on site as needed.

• Preparation of contracts (price agreements, buffer stock etc.) and implementation in coordination with ASM/team leader. Prepare costing as per company guidelines and process towards best fit to the customer Understand the various ISO standards requirements and fulfil the same
