Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and process customer inquiries and register them in the ERP system.
• Collect and verify details from customers and field sales for quote preparation.
• Evaluate technical specifications and identify factors affecting cost, delivery, and compliance.
• Determine legal requirements for products based on destination country and product type.
• Prioritize inquiries based on due dates.
• Select, size, and price valves, actuators, and spares according to customer requirements.
• Provide application engineering and quotation support to clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information for accurate quotations.
• Track the progress of submitted offers and update the ERP system.
• Prepare and submit quote and order forecast reports monthly.
• Handover the order file to the contracts team for converted quotes.
• Submit required contractual documents and secure timely approvals.
• Coordinate with customers, field sales, and cross-functional teams for effective solutions.
• Liaise with customers and third-party inspectors for inspections.

Job Purpose

To ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer inquiries and orders by reviewing, interpreting, and providing comprehensive quotations. Ensure timely execution of projects, compliance with technical and legal requirements, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective coordination and communication.

Enquiry Review

• Review, interpret, and process customer inquiries and register them in the ERP system
• Collect and verify all necessary details from customers and field sales for quote preparation.

Sizing & Selection

• Select, size, and price valves, actuators, and spares according to customer requirements.
• Provide application engineering and quotation support to both internal and external clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information required for accurate quotations.

Respond to Customer Queries

• Ensure timely submission of techno-commercial offers.
• Provide prompt responses to technical and commercial queries.
• Participate in customer meetings and contribute effectively.

Monitor Progress

• Track the progress of submitted offers and update the ERP system accordingly.
• Prepare and submit quote and order forecast reports on a monthly basis.
• Handover the order file to the contracts team for converted quotes.

Documents Submission and Customer Coordination
