Job summary

GEP Worldwide in Navi Mumbai is seeking a driven Senior Associate - SDR to identify, build and manage the prospects pipeline across US/EMEA/APAC regions. You will handle inbound leads, establish contact with decision-makers and qualify opportunities for our technology and services offerings.

You will maintain records in CRM tools, collaborate with regional managers and support Sales teams with timely follow-ups and conference calls to advance deals.

Qualifications

• Cold calling experience (International - US preferred).
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Identify, Build & Manage Prospects pipeline for assigned region.
• Manage and action upon inbound (Email & Marketing) leads.
• Establish contact and build rapport with potential clients, identify decision-makers and introduce GEP.
• Generate/Gauge interest for Technology/Service offerings & set the right expectations.
• Schedule conference calls for Onsite/Regional Managers/VPs and assist with qualifying leads and follow ups.
• Maintain and Update records in CRM & related Sales tools.
