• Handle inbound calls from customers, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Process customer requests accurately and efficiently while maintaining high levels of product knowledge to provide informed assistance.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed while ensuring seamless handovers.
