Job summary

Green SM in Hyderabad is seeking a Driver Acquisition Specialist to build a robust pipeline of qualified drivers. You will lead sourcing activities with partner networks, organize recruitment events, and input leads into CRM/ATS while coordinating with recruiters.

In this role you will handle online and offline lead processing, contact inbound leads, qualify candidates, schedule interviews, and follow up with no-shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for strong experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, telesales or business development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (phone & field).
• Ability to handle a high volume of leads under pressure.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven.

Job Objective

The Driver Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing lead sourcing and processing activities. This includes building relationships with partners (Job portals, Driver sourcing agencies, organizations), running offline/online activations, and managing inbound leads (calling, qualification, interview scheduling). The role combines field execution and lead management to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified drivers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Sourcing & Business Development

• Execute sourcing activities with partners (Driver sourcing agencies, associations, Freelancers).
• Support organization of offline job fairs, recruitment events, and field activations.
• Collect and input leads into CRM/ATS systems.

Online Lead Handling & Processing

• Contact inbound leads via phone, Job portals, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.
• Qualify leads and schedule interview appointments.
• Follow up with no-shows and re-engage drop-off candidates.

Execution & Coordination

• Ensure SOP is followed from lead interview, training, contract.
• Work closely with recruiters to hand over qualified candidates.
• Support feedback collection from candidates for process improvement.

Reporting & Documentation

• Update lead status daily in CRM/ATS.
• Report channel performance, show-up rates, and drop-off reasons.
• Provide feedback to improve messaging and partner collaboration.

Job Requirements
