Job summary

Birlasoft in Uttar Pradesh, Dadri is seeking an IT support specialist with experience handling US customers by phone and strong ITIL knowledge. The role covers L1/L2 server support, IT servicedesk operations, and code promotion tasks including DLL and class file migrations.

Hands-on with Autosys or BMC Control-M is preferred. Knowledge of cloud IAAS and incident management via ITIL-based ticketing tools will help ensure smooth service delivery and prompt issue resolution within a dynamic support

Qualifications

• Basic Java scripting knowledge.
• L1 & L2 server support (Windows service starts, stops, restarts).
• L2 IT Servicedesk support & Queue monitoring.

• BMC Control-M (Helix)
• Cloud based infrastructure (IAAS) support awareness.
• Incident creation and handling using ITIL based ticketing tool.
