Job summary

Tocumulus Technology Solutions LLP in India is seeking a L2 Cloud Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Azure, AWS, or GCP. The candidate will provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues, and assist customers with deployment and operational support.

The role requires working in rotational shifts across global time zones and collaborating with L3 teams and vendors to resolve complex incidents, while creating documentation and adhering to SLAs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP administration.
• Knowledge of Storage Services.
• Virtual networks, VPCs, Load Balancers.
• IAM, RBAC, Security Groups.
• Backup & Disaster Recovery.
• Monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Operations Suite).
• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Shell scripting.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
