Job summary

Mployee.me is seeking a Change Manager with ITIL certification and strong experience in incident and change management.

The role requires engagement with senior leaders, design and delivery of change communications, and risk mitigation across projects. Excellent stakeholder management and communication are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• ITIL certified or equivalent change-management certification.
• Experience applying change-management processes and tools.
• Support design, development, delivery and management of communications.
• Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness.
• Prepare training requirements and materials.
• Identify and mitigate risks and resistance.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
• Engage with senior leaders and coaches within project teams.
• Coordinate with other specialists and integrate change activities into project plans.
• Track issues, define success metrics and monitor change progress.
• Support organizational design and role definitions.

• Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
• Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
• Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
• Complete change management assessments
• Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance
• Consult and coach project teams
