Job summary

Zoho in India is seeking an L2 Cloud Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform to provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshoot cloud infra issues, and assist customers with implementation and operational tasks.

The role involves supporting multi-cloud deployments, incident resolution within SLA, and collaboration with L3 teams; rotations and global coverage are expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on cloud admin experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Proficient in monitoring and log analysis across cloud services.
• Knowledge of IAM/RBAC and security groups.
• Familiar with ITIL processes and service management.

Responsibilities
