Job summary

Blue Star in Mumbai seeks an experienced professional to lead the Chiller business, driving billing, booking and collections while building strong relationships with PMC, architects, consultants, customers, builders and general contractors.

You will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to the territory, monitor competitors, and convert large deals into orders, ensuring brand equity and growth in a competitive market.

Qualifications

BE Mechanical Engineering degree required.
6–12 years of experience in HVAC/chiller domain.
Experience in billing, bookings and collections preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive the Chiller Business as per ABP wrt to Billing, Booking, Collections.
Network and build relationships with PMC, Architects, consultants, Customers, Builders and GCs.
Build strong brand equity while conceiving strategic programs.
Monitor competition and benchmark with Blue Star range to position in market.
Develop a comprehensive marketing plan based on market segments.
Manage big deals effectively and convert them into orders.
