Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for US recruitment (Non-IT) in Hyderabad. You will source candidates from multiple platforms, screen applicants, and educate them about opportunities while tracking progress in an ATS.

You will collaborate with consultants and manage multiple job orders, aiming to meet monthly hiring goals. The role requires 2-4 years of recruiting experience, a Bachelor's degree (preferred), and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Sourcing experience in the US (NAM) region preferred, BFSI & Pharma/Healthcare/Lifescience

Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates from job boards, Gr8 People, Indeed, LinkedIn and other sites.
• Meet monthly hire goals and meet or exceed targets.
• Screen candidates and educate them on opportunities; submit qualified candidates to job requirements.
• Update and track candidates in ATS in real time; contact qualified candidates via phone, email or web.
• Work all assigned job orders until covered; attend daily/weekly req. meetings; build relationships with consultants.
• Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
• Conduct text recruit and email campaigns to reach potential candidates.

• Meet the monthly hire goals
• Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities. - Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements
• Update and track candidates in ATS in accordance with standards in real time. - Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job order
• Work all assigned job orders until covered. - Attend daily/weekly req. meeting. - Establish relationships with consultants.
• Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations. - Conduct Text recruit/ email campaigns

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Sourcing experience in the US (NAM) region preferred. Domain : BFSI & Pharma/Healthcare/Lifescience
• Should have excellent written communication ski
