V Techno Corp Hyderabad is seeking experienced US Non-IT Recruiters with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in US Non-IT Recruiting. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse industries, sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.

You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews and onboarding, discuss pay and eligibility, and maintain strong candidate relationships to meet daily and monthly targets. Excellent English communication is essential.

• 1-3 years of proven experience in US Non-IT Recruiting (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes.
• Hands-on experience with US job boards such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong sourcing, resume screening, candidate assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of US work authorizations, employment eligibility, and time zones.
• Experience handling candidate submissions, interview coordination, and successful placements.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tracking tools.
• Willingness to work in US night shifts.
