Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates from job boards, Gr8 People, Indeed, LinkedIn and other sites.
• Meet monthly hire goals.
• Screen prospective candidates and educate them on job opportunities.
• Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.
• Update and track candidates in ATS/GR8 People in real time.
• Contact qualified candidates via phone, email or web for assigned orders.
• Work all assigned job orders until filled.
• Attend daily/weekly requisition meetings.
• Establish relationships with consultants and negotiate with candidates.
• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets.

• - Meet the monthly hire goals.
• - Screen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities.
• - Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirements.
• - Update and track candidates in ATS/GR8 people in accordance with standards in real time.
• - Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orders.
• - Work all assigned job orders until covered.
• - Attend daily/weekly req. meeting.
• - Establish relationships with consultants.
• - Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the area.
• - Meet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations.
• - Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• - Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
• - Should have excellent written communication skills.
