Job summary

Siddha Group Jaipur is seeking a real estate sourcing professional to identify high-potential opportunities for acquisition, leasing, or development in target markets. You will evaluate deal terms, site conditions, and risks while coordinating with legal, construction, finance and operations teams.

You will maintain pipeline tracking, report on sourcing performance, and negotiate LOIs while leveraging a channel partner network and ensuring governance compliance.

Qualifications

• Identify high-potential real estate opportunities for acquisition, leasing or development.
• Evaluate deal terms, site conditions, zoning, and entitlement risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, construction, finance, operations) to advance opportunities from sourcing through execution.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and performance metrics for sourcing activities.
• Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and support transaction execution as needed.
• Identify CP and promote products to them, Maintain MIS and monitor walk-ins and deals from CPs, Take update from CPs on products and offerings.
• Should have own Channel Partner Network, Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and risk management policies.

• Evaluate deal terms, site conditions, zoning, and entitlement risks before acquisition, Oversee market research, demographic analysis, and feasibility studies to support decision-making
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (legal, construction, finance, operations) to advance opportunities from sourcing through execution
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and performance metrics for sourcing activities
