Job summary

Atlantaa is seeking a proactive Channel Partner Manager in Mumbai to drive partner activation and market penetration. The role involves building a strong partner network, conducting market research, and meeting partners regularly to generate business on the ground.

You will train the sales team on channel-driven walk-ins, maintain daily sales reports, and develop new partner strategies each month while ensuring RERA compliance and long-term partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel partner management and field sales.
• Ability to conduct market research and surveys.
• Strong networking with corporate entities and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute strategies to activate channel partners.
• Meet channel partners daily/weekly/monthly to generate business.
• Train teams on sourcing and walk-ins via channel partners.
• Maintain sales reports and monitor market trends with analytics.
• Engage institutional channel partners and international property consultants.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., RERA).
• Generate significant walk-ins through channel partners for assigned sites.

• Building reliable Strategy to research on Channel Partner activation for the site
• Very Strong Channel Partner network
• Responsible for Market research and surveys.
• Meeting Channel partners on daily, weekly, monthly basis to generate business ( on Field)
• Training team on sourcing walk ins through Channel partners.
• Strong Network for corporate and society activities to generate leads for the project.
• Strong Business development skills to generate revenue from the market
• Activating Institutional Channel Partners and International property consultants for the company
• Responsible to design Channel partner strategies every month.
• Create, maintain and follow day to day various types sales reports.
• Come up with new sales ideas or strategies and keep an eye on the market trends by analytical tool.
• Should be able to work on Sales CRM software.
• Strictly following the deadline given by the management for all the tasks allocated.
• Play a key role during various stages of channel partner engagement program and help the team members to develop strong and long term relationship.
• Ensure compliance with RERA requirements.
• Responsible to generate 60% of the walk ins through Channel partners for respective site.
