Job summary

PropertyPistol Pvt Ltd in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, is seeking a sales professional to drive channel partner sales for its real estate projects.

You will source clients with home buying requirements, onboard channel partners through calls or meetings, and expand project reach while coordinating site visits to help close deals.

The ideal candidate holds a graduate or postgraduate degree in business, economics, or marketing, with 2–3 years in real estate sales and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Knowledge & experience in channel partner sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing clients with home buying requirements.
• Reaching out to Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to onboard them through calls or through physical meetings.
• Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel partner community and onboard the interested CPs.
• Conduct meetings with interested CPs to persuade them and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity.
• Lookout for high performing CPs and do all the efforts within their limits to drive the CPs for lead generation.
• Coordination for site visits with prospective buyers and enables the deal closure.
• Addressing any queries, doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach.
