Job summary

Emperia and Manjeri Group in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced real estate sourcing and business development professional to identify residential projects, build and manage CP networks, and drive sourcing opportunities.

The role requires strong negotiation, networking and communication skills, plus deep knowledge of Navi Mumbai markets and the ability to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sourcing/business development.
• Strong Navi Mumbai market knowledge is mandatory/preferred.
• Strong and active Channel Partner (CP) network in Navi Mumbai.
• Excellent negotiation, networking and relationship-management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source new residential real estate projects in Navi Mumbai.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), property brokers and local real estate networks.
• Build and manage a strong CP network across Navi Mumbai.
• Generate property/project sourcing opportunities through direct market networking and channel partners.
• Conduct regular market research to identify new projects, upcoming developments and potential sourcing opportunities.
• Negotiate and coordinate with property owners, developers and channel partners.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Navi Mumbai micro-markets, property prices, upcoming infrastructure and competitive projects.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Pre-Sales and Closing teams for smooth conversion of sourced opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sourcing and business development targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update sourcing pipelines/reports.
