Job summary

Silver Group in Pune seeks a dynamic Channel Partner Manager to expand and manage the CP network in the assigned territory. You will source CPs, onboard them with clear project pricing and payout policies, and cultivate long-term relationships to drive business growth.

You will regularly engage CPs to generate leads, coordinate with internal teams for closures, and track performance with daily reports. A hands-on, field-oriented approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify new Channel Partners (CPs) through calls and field visits.
• Build and maintain a strong CP network in the assigned territory.
• Onboard new CPs and explain projects, pricing, inventory, and payout policies.
• Develop strong and long-term relationships with Channel Partners.
• Regularly follow up with CPs to generate leads and site visits.
• Activate inactive CPs and drive them towards business generation.
• Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, CRM, and management teams for smooth closures.
• Conduct CP meetings, broker meets, presentations, and property visits.
• Track CP performance, visits, tokens, bookings, and prepare daily reports.
• Achieve assigned CP sourcing, activation, and sales targets.
