Job summary

La Homes seeks a dynamic Sourcing Manager in Maharashtra to lead property sourcing, generate quality leads, and build strong ties with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants to drive site visits and hit targets.

The candidate should have 2–5 years in real estate sourcing or channel partner management, a robust local network, strong negotiation and reporting skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing or Sales is an advantage.
• 2-5 years of experience in real estate sourcing, channel partner management, or property sales.
• Strong network of real estate brokers and channel partners in the local market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sourcing and lead-generation targets.
• Good understanding of real estate sales processes, inventory, pricing, and local market dynamics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting.
