Job summary

Weekday AI is seeking a Channel Sales Sourcing professional for one of its clients in Mumbai (Oshiwara, Goregaon). You will source Channel Partners for mid-luxury projects above 2 crores and manage relationships in SoBo and the western belt.

Requirements include 2+ years in Channel Sales / CPS Sourcing, a strong CP network in SoBo or Western Mumbai up to Mira Road/Bhayander, excellent communication, and real estate experience. This is a full-time, on-site role with a salary range of Rs 8–15 LPA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales / CPS Sourcing.
• Strong CP network in SoBo or Western Mumbai up to Mira Road/Bhayander.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and business-focused.
• Real estate experience is mandatory.
• Experience with mid-luxury projects starting from 2 crores.

Responsibilities

• Handle Channel Partner sourcing for the assigned market.
• Should have worked on mid- luxury projects above 2 crores +
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs.
• Current CP DAR in Sobo & Western till Bhayander.
• Active CP must be okay to work for projects in Oshiwara or Goregaon.
• Identify and onboard new Channel Partners.
• Generate business through the CP network.
• Regularly engage with CPs to drive leads, site visits and closures.
• Achieve assigned sourcing and business targets.
