Job summary

ANAROCK in Mumbai seeks a Sourcing Manager – Channel Partner to identify, onboard and manage channel partners across Mulund to Ghatkopar. You will build strong CP relationships and drive leads, site visits and business through the CP network.

The role requires a graduate with 1–6 years in real estate sourcing or channel sales, with a robust local network and excellent communication and negotiation skills to expand the CP footprint in central Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing/Channel Sales.
• Strong network of Channel Partners/Brokers in Central Mumbai preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and relationship-management ability.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and manage Channel Partners/Brokers in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing CPs.

• Activate new and dormant Channel Partners.
• Develop and expand the CP network across Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Kanjurmarg and Ghatkopar.
• Track CP performance and achieve assigned business targets.
