Job summary

Pillars Of Puneet is seeking a highly motivated Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing and onboarding of real estate channel partners in Mumbai, accelerating our residential sales pipeline. You will build scalable channel strategies, strengthen partner relationships, monitor performance, and collaborate with the sales team to meet aggressive targets while ensuring policy compliance.

Required: a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, proven real estate channel
