DGS Groups Builders & Developers in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Manager to broaden the channel partner network in Andheri, Lokhandwala and nearby markets. The ideal candidate has an established CP network and proven expertise in sourcing leads for residential projects.

You will generate leads through channel partners, brokers, and consultants, maintain relationships, visit sites, and help convert opportunities into sales.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of the Andheri, Lokhandwala markets.
• Excellent Channel Partner (CP) base and broker network.
• Prior experience with real estate builders and developers preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales leads through Channel Partners, brokers, and property consultants.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new CPs.
• Build and expand the channel partner network across Andheri, Lokhandwala, and nearby markets.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand competitor projects, pricing, and market trends.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Maintain an updated database of channel partners, leads, and sourcing activities.
• Achieve sourcing targets and contribute to overall sales performance.
