Job summary

Lighthouse Realty Solutions in Mumbai seeks an energetic Channel Partner Manager to source and onboard new CPs, cultivating strong, long-term relationships and driving lead generation through the CP network.

You will coordinate with sales, monitor CP performance, and work toward site visits, bookings, and closures while travelling to field sites and maintaining a target-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Real Estate Sourcing or CP management.
• Good knowledge of the real estate market.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field work and travelling.
• Target-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new Channel Partners to expand the companys CP network.
• Meet regularly with CPs and build strong, long-term business relationships.
• Generate quality site visits through Channel Partners for ongoing projects.

• Follow up with clients after site visits and support the team in converting leads into closures.
• Maintain regular communication with CPs to increase lead generation and conversions.
