Job summary

• Identify high-potential real estate opportunities for acquisition, leasing, or development.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Evaluate deal terms, site conditions, zoning, and entitlement risks.
• Oversee market research, demographic analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with legal, construction, finance, and operations teams to move opportunities from sourcing to execution.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and performance metrics for sourcing activities.
• Negotiate LOIs and support transaction execution; identify CPs and promote products.
• Maintain MIS and monitor walk-ins and deals from CPs; take updates on products.

• Identify high-potential real estate opportunities for acquisition, leasing, or development across target markets, Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with growth objectives (e.g., retail expansion, logistics facilities, residential investment)
• Evaluate deal terms, site conditions, zoning, and entitlement risks before acquisition, Oversee market research, demographic analysis, and feasibility studies to support
• Coordinate closely with internal teams (legal, construction, finance, operations) to advance opportunities from sourcing through execution
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and performance metrics for sourcing activities
• Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and support transaction execution as needed, Identify CP and promote products to them, Maintain MIS and monitor walk-ins and deals from CPs, Take update from CPs on products and offerings
• Should have own Channel Partner Network, Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and risk management policies
