Job summary

Sairaj Group is seeking a proactive Real Estate Sourcing professional to generate high-quality leads and onboard channel partners for residential and commercial projects in Meerut. You will build and nurture relationships with brokers, CPs, and referral sources, while driving lead generation activities and maintaining pipeline quality.

The role requires 2+ years in real estate sourcing/channel sales, a strong network, and willingness to travel locally for market activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard channel partners, brokers, and referral sources
• Plan and execute lead-generation activities (site branding, events, CP meets)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the broker network
• Track lead quality and volume, and report to the Sourcing TL
• Coordinate site visits and hand over qualified leads to Presales/Closing
• Stay updated on competitor projects and market trends
