Responsibilities

• Understand West Pune real estate market including new launches and developments.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing, competition and inventory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) and drive CP meetings.
• Generate quality site visits and business opportunities through the CP network.
• Ensure follow-ups and contribute towards deal closures.
• Identify, onboard and activate new CPs to expand the channel network.
• Achieve daily, monthly and quarterly sourcing and business targets.
• Maintain regular communication and rapport with CPs.

• Stay updated on market trends, new launches, pricing, competition and inventory.
• Open to Exposure working across New Launch and Sustenance Projects, with strong attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners
• Drive daily CP meetings, outreach and lead generation.
• Generate quality site visits and business opportunities through the CP network.
• Ensure effective follow-ups and contribute towards deal closures.
• Identify, onboard and activate new CPs to expand the channel network.
