Job summary

Search Advisers Services Guj in Mumbai seeks a highly motivated sales professional with 8–15 years of field services sales experience to join as GM – Consulting BD, reporting to Head of Consulting Services.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of switchgear, protection systems, transformers and electrical services, with a focus on modernization, spare parts, recurring services, consulting and retrofit solutions.

Qualifications

Solution Sales / Business development + Consulting role (DGM)

Need Candidates with Sales / Business development with Consultative selling / Solution Selling experience in Medium Voltage / Low Voltage switchgears

Location Mumbai

Highly motivated and experienced sales professional up to 8-15 years of experience to join our Field Services Sales team as DGM – Consulting BD, based out Mumbai location. This position reports to Head of Consulting Services, India Zone.

The candidate must have high level knowledge on technical aspect on Switchgear, Protection system, Transformers and overall electrical system and services solutions preferably on modernization, spare parts, recurring services, consulting, retrofit solution etc.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan the deployment of consultative selling strategy in various segment specific in line with global strategy.
• Identifying the customer actual need & promote the solution accordingly.
• Support sales team across country / regions / zone, setting up customer training, technical presentation etc.
• Selection the type of solution offers to be proposed based on business nature of customer on specific segment approach. Market awareness (competitor landscape, offer, trends, price etc.)
• Identifying the offer fit to specific Strategic Customer Segments and analyze business potential.
• All tracking opportunities
• The position will lead the digital transformation for all solution businesses.
