Job summary

Aidant It Consulting Services Bangalore is seeking a qualified candidate to supervise solar site operations, oversee installation, fitting, maintenance, manpower, materials, quality and safety. You will coordinate multiple teams, monitor plant performance, resolve site issues and ensure timely execution in line with technical standards.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in solar site supervision, solar installation, or solar plant O&M, with hands-on field experience and strong reporting
