Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Site Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems at residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with solar projects and strong knowledge of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation and commissioning of solar PV systems at the project site.
  

• Perform site surveys and assess technical feasibility.
  

• Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and layouts.
  

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations at the site.
  

• Coordinate with the project team, contractors, and vendors to meet timelines.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar installations.
  

• Conduct quality checks during and after installation.
  

• Prepare project reports, checklists, and documentation.
  

• Monitor system performance and assist in O&M (Operations & Maintenance).
  

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
  

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy.
  

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in solar installation or EPC projects.
  

• Strong knowledge of solar components (panels, inverters, charge controllers, etc.).
  

• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
  

• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, and PVsyst (preferred).
  

• Willingness to travel and work at project locations.
  

• Good communication and team coordination skills.
  

• Understanding of safety protocols and compliance.
